Anyone else experience this? It happens at a particular level of revs, possibly if the engine is labouring a little if I'm honest, but I don't always want to change down just for a second or two when I know it will be alright again very soon.

Anyhow I don't want to get bogged down with my poor driving technique; there is a certain resonance frequency that makes something in the car buzz and it sounds like it is somewhere in the roof. I thought it was on the passenger side but when I mentioned it to my daughter in the passenger seat she thought it was on mine. So maybe it's in the middle.

Anyone know what this might be and how to fix it?

If you have a panoramic roof, it's probably one of the little screws/bolts/nuts that holds the rails for the sliding cover.

If you haven't, then not sure.

I've had that fixed before but under warranty so don't know I'm afraid.

Seem to recall they had to remove some of the lining - not good I guess.

Thanks for the response. I've pinned it down to 1600 rpm now, but I can live with it.

I had this on a 54 plate Alfa 156 back along. Solved it with a little folded piece of cardboard shoved under the roof lining behind the rear view mirror. So if you know where to stick it Shocked there's your answer Wink
