Cabin fan j11 2014 issue

   Hi guys, 
Wondering if you’d be able to help me identify this issue, quite annoying but not the end of the world. Currently when I turn the fan on and change the speed sometimes it’s not cutting in, and other times it is. What could cause this? 
Sometimes it will be running and it will cut out too....
