Folks: I managed to turn off the annoying low temp warning flashing, but since I did that, I lost the fuel efficiency meter thingy. I can’t seem to get it back. Any ideas?

As you didn't mention which kind of Qashqai you have (J10, J11) - I'd recommend a look into the proper manual...
