iPhone & Nissan Connect

.Hi all,

My nissan connect always crashes when my iphone is connect via the usb cable. I get an error message that says communication error (or something like that). Itworks fine when connected by bluetooth.

Does anyine else get this problem.

Forgot to mention that i think this only happens when the phone is active, when in airplane mode, it appears to be fine.

I occasionally have that problem.
 
To fix it, try unplugging the usb cable from the usb end (not the iphone end), waiting a second or two, and then re-connect.
 
Seems to have solved the problems for me.

i had same thing first time, but unplugged and reconnected and it was fine.

In the Danish Nissan Connect Manual states in Section 9-12 troubleshooting, to "iPhone and
iPhone 3G phones are not officially supported by Nissan etc ".
This must also be in your English manuals.

I read in the Connect manual  that it is a known fault - reconnecting your iPhone after a call is the only solution.
