Check the hatch hinges. If the fixings are cracked where they are secured to the main body, water can leak through.

Hi, brought a used QQJ10 2010, when it rains it appears water gets in the rear boot door and when i open up the boot it comes out about half way down on the inside of the door where the window seal meets the metal, ive sealed the third stop light and the seals on the window look fine. ??
